Welcome and getting started
The Jackson Avenue Digital Twin is an interactive 3D model of the Jackson Avenue corridor in Las Vegas. It shows the development scenarios the community is considering, and lets you fly over the avenue, walk it at street level, change the time of day and weather, and ask an AI guide questions.
The demo runs on a cloud server and streams to your browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Open the demo: https://stream.aeroai.io/jacksonave/

Starting a session
Open the link above and click Start exploring.
Wait while a server is prepared for you. This usually takes about 5 minutes. The page shows the elapsed time and a progress message. Keep the tab open and in the foreground.
When the stream connects, the app opens with a welcome window. Read it, then close it. The guided story begins right away.
The landing page shows how many visitor slots are in use. If every slot is taken you can still click Start, but the wait can be up to about 10 minutes while a slot frees up.

Session limits
Sessions last up to 30 minutes so everyone gets a turn. A countdown at the top of the screen shows the time left, and a banner appears for the final two minutes.
After 10 minutes without any input, the session closes to free the server for someone else.
A session cannot be resumed once it drops. Switching networks, closing the tab, or leaving the browser on a phone ends the stream. You can start a new session any time.
Ending a session
Click the ✕ button at the top of the screen, or click Exit in the app's top bar. Closing the tab also ends the session. Either way, a short survey appears on the page.
What device to use
A desktop or laptop with a mouse and keyboard gives the full experience.
Phones and tablets work, but text in the app is small. Turn the phone sideways for a bigger view. There is no keyboard, so stay in Fly Mode. See Getting around for touch gestures.
Use a regular browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Links opened inside apps like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Slack on an iPhone cannot play the stream. The page tells you when that is the case; open the link in Safari instead.
Using the downloaded version
The same app is also available as a Windows download. It runs on your own computer, so there is no session timer and no wait to start. It needs Windows 10 or 11, a graphics card that supports DirectX 12, and about 17 GB of free disk space.
In the downloaded version the Survey button in the app opens the survey in your web browser, and the guide link opens this guide.
