A scenario is one development proposal for the Jackson Avenue corridor. Switching scenarios changes the proposed buildings shown in the scene, so you can compare proposals with each other and with the

How to use

1. Click Scenarios in the top bar.

2. Each scenario has a circle beside its name. The filled circle marks the scenario you are looking at.

3. Click an empty circle to switch. The buildings in the scene update to show that proposal.

Fly to the same spot before and after switching to see the difference clearly. Saving a viewpoint in Bookmarks makes that easy.

The six scenarios

1. Scenario 0: Existing Conditions. The corridor as it is today.

2. Wood Rodgers, Scenario 1: Residential

3. Wood Rodgers, Scenario 2: Office

4. Wood Rodgers, Scenario 3: Entertainment Venue
